Ronald Lipof is a tested entrepreneurial leader and strategic business adviser launching emerging growth ventures and moving them to the next level through merger, sale, and IPO. He is an expert in strategic planning and developing business documentation for businesses in a variety of industries nationwide. His specialties include managing the business start-up and licensing process for legal cannabis applicants, and preparing entrepreneurs to present and negotiate transactions on ABC’s Shark Tank. He received a Bachelor's degree in Government Relations from Boston University and the Boston Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award. He currently serves as a mentor and judge for the MassChallenge Start-up Accelerator.

Matthew Weiss is a trained CPG marketer and general manager. Matt lead and launched brands and teams at Kraft Foods Group, Ferrara Candy Company, Wilton Brands, and has advised various FMCG startups. Matt has 10 years of experience in the areas of new product development; in store and trade marketing; brand marketing (pack graphics, digital, print, and TV advertising); consumer research; category management and POS analytics; e-commerce (DTC and Amazon); retailer partnerships and sell-in; and leading small and large teams. Matt received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Brown University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Andrea Lipof is a seasoned business advisor. Joey Lauren is a well-regarded media marketer and specializes in the fashion and cosmetics industries. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and inventor who founded the patented Kissamint lip care and oral hygiene brand. Her expertise includes product development, brand marketing, consumer packaging and capital raising. She has worked at the New York Post’s Page Six Magazine, served on the creative teams at Revlon and Coty, and was a consultant for the North America Merchandising team at Louis Vuitton. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a double concentration in marketing and management, from the University at Albany School of Business.
